What you will do:
- You're the engine, not just the passenger! You will own and grow the Texas market-selling to new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving staffing placements through proactive sales and meaningful relationship management.
- Full-desk responsibility: recruit, place, and manage clinical staff such as nurses, advance practice and specialty clinicians, to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with credentialing and support teams as your book grows
- Maintain relationships and match talent quickly while hitting profit margin goals
- Proactively market qualified doctors and clinicians to both prospective and existing clients to drive placements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, personalized service, and effective problem-solving to meet client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry and stay informed about current and emerging market trends, compliance, competitive landscape, pay and bill rates, and organizational changes to adapt strategies accordingly
What we are Looking for:
- Have 3+ years in full-desk healthcare staffing (business development + recruiting required)
- Thrive in a role where pay is based on your billables and margin, not just contracts signed
- Are unencumbered and ready to activate your network of clinicians and clients
- Want autonomy, but understand the urgency and responsibility that comes with it
- Know how to hustle-and how to close
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
