Position Summary
Under direct supervision, the TCC Coordinator assists children with daily living activities in a daytime residential facility. They are responsible for the well-being of children under their care, ensuring they are monitored, engaged, and supported throughout the day in a safe and appropriate manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children have good hygiene and change diapers as necessary
- Organize activities and develop curriculum for children
- Keep records of each child's progress, interests, and any concerns
- Arrange and provide access to medical care as needed
- Offer support to families and children during transitional or difficult times
- Instruct children on daily living skills in individual or group settings
- Document client progress and report any changes to supervisory staff
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Experience working with children, especially those with behavioral or developmental needs (Preferred)
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Fingerprint-based Background Check (GA and Federal Criminal History Record)
- Drug Screen
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
