Position Requirements
- Experience working in Mental Health and Substance Abuse environments.
- Fingerprint Based Background Check covering Georgia and Federal Criminal History Records.
- Completion of Drug Screening.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) spanning seven years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Peace Officer Standards and Council (POST) certification. (preferred)
- Guard, patrol, or monitor premises, facilities, and areas to prevent theft, violence, and rule violations.
- Secure and safeguard the facility during fires, natural disasters, or hazardous events.
- Conduct foot patrols in work areas and execute assigned duties as directed.
- Accompany staff while providing care to patients.
- Optional Medical, Dental, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability insurance.
- 401k eligibility after one year of full-time employment.
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $1000 per semester after six months of full-time employment.
