Shifts Available: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 36 hours weekly

Pay: $2,196/week

Job Description:

• Possess specialized knowledge and skills for the care of adult or geriatric patients experiencing mental health disorders.
• Apply clinical expertise in assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient responses to complex conditions, therapies, and interventions.
• Initiate nursing care, health teaching, and counseling to support life and restore well-being, under the guidance of the nurse practice act and appropriate supervision.
• Comply with ATC and client facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct and prioritize individualized patient assessments.
• Collaborate on care plan development, implementation, and valuation.
• Administer treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Accurately document assessments and responses to interventions.
• Initiate emergency protocols as necessary.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient confidentiality.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, age-appropriate care while preserving patient autonomy and dignity.
• Advocate for patient rights and communicate condition changes.
• Uphold professional and ethical nursing standards.

Requirements:

• Current Missouri RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum of two years of recent RN experience in PCU or Stepdown settings
