About the Role:
ATC Northwest is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, weekday-only position offering consistent hours and a strong support environment.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and lead the nursing staff in daily patient care operations
- Ensure compliance with care plans and health regulations
- Support residents with memory care needs in a respectful and empathetic manner
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum 1 year nurse experience preferred
- Experience in memory care, long-term care, or geriatric nursing is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
