We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selling Branch Manager with a strong background in professional or healthcare staffing, The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, driving sales, recruiting, and leading a team of healthcare staffing professionals to support business growth in select areas of the United States.
Responsibilities of the Selling Branch Manager:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the branch's client base, focusing on healthcare staffing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including hospitals, schools, skills nursing facilities and other community services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand services and revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the recruitment of healthcare professionals, including nurses, aides, therapists, and other medical personnel.
- Implement strategies to attract, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, background checks, and credentialing requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various staffing needs.
3. Operations & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters and administrative staff to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Set performance goals, track KPIs, and ensure team accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and labor laws.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and client contracts to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and problem resolution.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and home care sectors.
5. Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in sales. Sales experience is a must
- Proven experience as a Sales Branch Manager, Staffing Manager, or Sales Manager in healthcare and home care staffing.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare and home care systems and their hiring processes for healthcare personnel.
- Ability to sell staffing services and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing recruiters and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare and home care staffing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration/Management or related field (preferred).
