Pay: Salary Range Hourly:$27.84-45.46/hour (based on education and experience) (shift and weekend differentials available)
Position: RN, Progressive Care Unit/PCU
Role Highlights:
The PCU team provides intermediate care for patients with complex medical needs, including specialized stroke care as part of an award-winning, accredited stroke center. PCU nurses are skilled critical thinkers, administering drips like Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone, and are supported by a resourceful charge nurse. Guided by core values of integrity, communication, and teamwork, the unit maintains a respectful and safe environment for patients and staff alike.

- collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data.
- establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care.
- delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions.
- performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing License
- Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Required
- New Graduates Accepted! (will be required to complete Vizient/AACN Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program)
