Pay: $27.84-45.46/hour (based on education and experience) (shift and weekend differentials available)
Position: RN, Med Surg/MS
Role Highlights:
In this 26-bed medical-surgical unit, the Med-Surg RN cares for patients with complex conditions, including post-operative colorectal cases, in a supportive, high-energy environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and a focus on patient safety are essential. Guided by core values of integrity, communication, and teamwork, this team of dedicated "healers" works together to support the health and wellness of the community.

- Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data
- Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
- Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
- Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
- Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing License, or Compact license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred
- BLS - Required
