- Unit: 16 beds (L&D, Antepartum, GYN), including 12 L&D beds + 2 LDRP
- Support Staff: CNAs & Surgical Techs available on unit
- OB/Neonatology: Family Practice Residents on-site 24/7; High-risk OB on-call; Neonatology via consultation
- Charge Nurse & House Supervisor: Available 24/7
- RT Equipment: Vents & Nasal Bubble CPAP (vented infants transferred after stabilization)
- EFM System: Obix
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 years in Labor & Delivery / OB Nursing
- Must-Have Skills: Couplet Care, Mother-Baby experience
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
