Job Description
The Stepdown Registered Nurse (Cardiac focus) will care for a wide range of patients, including CP rule-outs, STEMI, NSTEMI, post CABG, post thoracotomy, respiratory failure requiring BIPAP or Airvo, dysrhythmias/BP management with IV, CHF, sepsis, and more. You'll manage recovery of Post Cardiac Cath Lab patients, including arterial sheath oversight. Pressors and IV infusions are not titrated on CVCU. Develop and implement total nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnoses, care plans, and leadership. Work collaboratively with ancillary teams to maintain professional nursing standards. Provide care across all age ranges, from infants to geriatrics.

- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma - Required
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience - Required
- NIH Certification - Required (or willingness to obtain)
- BSN - Preferred
