Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:
ATC Philadelphia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This individual will play a vital role in providing healthcare services and support to our clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and its surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $33 to $37 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and other perks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine nursing duties, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the physician
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations as directed by the physician
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication, and self-care techniques
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a LPN in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
