What You'll Be Doing:
- Compassionate, Client-Centered Care: Provide exceptional care that promotes comfort, dignity, and well-being for our clients.
- Daily Support: Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Medication Reminders & Health Support: Help clients stay on track with their medications and daily health routines.
- Appointments & Social Engagement: Accompany clients to appointments and outings, offering companionship and support.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping tasks to ensure a comfortable, safe environment.
- Building Relationships: Foster trust and long-term connections with clients and their families, becoming a valued part of their lives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Caregivers: At least 2 year of Professional and recorded caregiver experience.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.
- Certification & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Current certifications such as CPR/First Aid or BLS, TB 2-Step Quantiferon or CXR.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
- Eager Learner: A strong desire to continuously improve and take part in ongoing training.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
