What You'll Do
- Provide Exceptional Care: Help clients feel comfortable, cared for, and respected every day.
- Daily Support: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Health & Medication: Offer gentle reminders for medications and support health routines.
- Companionship: Be the cheerful, reliable presence that brightens someone's day.
- Light Housekeeping: Help with meal prep and light cleaning to create a safe, cozy space.
- Build Relationships: Form meaningful connections with clients and their families.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Caregivers: 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (documented).
- Skills That Shine: Communication, empathy, reliability, and a heart for helping others.
- Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid or BLS, TB 2-Step Quantiferon or CXR.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required.
- Background Check: Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Eager Learner: Ready to grow and take advantage of ongoing training opportunities.
