Pay: $2,738/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking a licensed mental health professional to serve in a Mental Health Coordinator role within a secure setting. This position provides non-medical clinical mental health services, including screenings, assessments, counseling, and treatment planning. The role requires flexibility in scheduling across shifts and days, including weekends. Candidates must hold an active California license and meet federal clearance requirements. Clearance processing may take several weeks after document submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments through record review and interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on needs and functioning level
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in the health record
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and records
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment approaches
• Manage and support an assigned caseload
• Coordinate mental health services and referrals as needed

Qualifications

• Active California license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
• Minimum five (5) years clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable role
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• U.S. citizenship required for federal clearance
• Must pass background and credit investigation for clearance
• Valid driver’s license preferred where applicable
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekdays, and weekends
• Open availability required for scheduling
