Shift: 3×12 Nights
Pay: $2,250.00/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)
Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Step Down / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Redlands, California. This is a high-acuity step-down environment caring for complex patients requiring advanced monitoring, ventilator and tracheostomy management, and cardiac care.
The RN will provide specialized nursing care for medically complex patients, including those with respiratory failure, cardiac conditions, renal failure, and neurological diagnoses. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced technical skills, and the ability to manage high-acuity patient assignments in a fast-paced environment.
