Job Details:
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: January 6, 2025
- Shift: Night shift, 36 hours per week
- 12 hours shifts, weekend: rotating, call:
- Pay Rate: Competitive pay of $2282 per week, $63.40 hr.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Two years of experience
- Certification: BLS required
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona required or approved compact state of residence
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) CERNER
- Additional Requirements: compliance with current facility health standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff.
- Ability to problem solve and engage independent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive information.
- Ability to adhere to hospital and department procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work demands and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment relevant to changing patient needs
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 1:6, # beds: 52
