REQUIREMENTS OF THE LPN/LVN POSITION:
  • Completion of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
  • Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience as an LPN
  • Current two - step PPD or QuantiFERON (within a year)
  • First Aid/CPR certificate
