Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians, PA's, NP's via Zoom and in the clinic.
- Maintain complete and accurate healthcare records and reports.
- Administer medications, including injections.
- Monitor patients for side effects or reactions and perform phlebotomy.
- Document vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions and responses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, providers, and other healthcare staff.
- Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications promptly.
- Return phone calls and answer messages.
- Multitask while providing a high standard of care and work autonomously as part of a team.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Georgia.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work in both Adult Outpatient and Child and Adolescent Outpatient settings.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance within 30 days.
