Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- A current, unrestricted state specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- A minimum of one-year paid LPN work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a Dr. Office
- EPIC experience preferred
- PPD - can get upon hiring
