Responsibilities
- Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcome.
- Provide information and educational programs to customers.
- Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process.
- Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years' experience preferred, but will consider 1+ years
- First-time Travelers: Experience preferred
- Certifications/License: Oklahoma Pharmacy license needed
- Charting: EPIC, preferred
