Job Summary:
ATC - Northwest is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team . This is a Per Diem, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field. You will be responsible as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for providing high-quality care and assistance to our patients, while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and document patient's physical and mental condition, as well as any changes or concerns
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including light housekeeping and laundry services
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain current knowledge and skills in caregiving

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for atleast 1 year on the OR Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare/medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • COVID Vaccinated
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
  • Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
