Pay: Salary Range: $27.84-45.46/hour (based on education and experience) (shift and weekend differentials available)
Position: RN, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
This ICU cares for critically ill patients with complex conditions, including advanced stroke, severe cardiac issues (such as post-open heart surgery, heart failure, and STEMI), respiratory failure, sepsis, and renal complications. The ICU team collaborates closely with a dedicated stroke unit, delivering award-winning care.
ICU nurses are skilled in rapid assessment and intervention, managing life-support systems, ventilators, heart monitors, and critical medications. They also demonstrate respect, empathy, and strong communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team, prioritizing patient safety and harm prevention in all actions.

This 324-bed general hospital serves Norman, Oklahoma, and nearby communities, with a busy emergency department handling over 70,000 visits annually. Essential Qualifications:
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse License, Compact allowed*
- Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
- Previous ICU experience - Required
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Required
