Location: Salinas, CA
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8 Days (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)
Pay: $2,632/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment providing rehabilitative therapy services. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve functional ability and independence. This is a weekday day-shift role with a rotating Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional and occupational therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and activities
• Train patients in daily living and adaptive skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home strategies
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response

Qualifications

• Active California OT license required, or estimated issue date required at submission
• Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current OT credential required
• Clinical OT experience required
• Ability to work 5x8 day shifts
• Comfortable with weekend-included schedules
