Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8 Days
Pay: $2,804/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a travel assignment providing in-home skilled nursing care. The RN will manage a productivity-based caseload, perform home visits, and deliver infusion and line-related care. Schedule is primarily weekday days with rotating weekend and on-call requirements. Most patients are adult, with limited pediatric-related visits routed to higher levels of care when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in patient homes
• Manage an average of about 5 visits per day based on productivity
• Complete admissions (typically equal to two routine visits)
• Perform infusions, IV antibiotics, and TPN care
• Manage central lines and PICC lines
• Perform blood draws and related procedures
• Document visits and care in the home health EMR
• Participate in weekday call rotation as assigned

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at submission
• Home Health RN experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with infusions and IV therapy required
• Experience with central lines and PICC lines required
• Comfortable with field-based home visits
• Ability to work flexible day schedules
• Willingness to work every 3rd weekend
• Ability to take weekday call 2–4 times per month
