Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 16 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days or 3x12 Nights (EOW, first to float)
Pay: $2,538/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)
Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Nurse Shift Manager travel assignment in an acute care setting. This role blends charge nurse, clinical mentor, and on-shift leadership responsibilities. The RN provides operational and clinical oversight during the shift, supports bedside staff, promotes patient safety, and helps maintain a positive care environment. Three weeks of orientation are provided, including classroom and unit-based training. Manager interview required. First-time travelers are not accepted.
