About the Opportunity

ATC Healthcare of Las Vegas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the team at a rehabilitation center in Henderson, NV. As part of ATC’s staffing network, you’ll receive full employer-of-record support — including payroll, workers’ compensation, and malpractice insurance — while working directly with patients to restore function and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct OT interventions for patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, or age-related decline
• Design and implement therapeutic activities to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, strength, and mobility
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices as needed
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress toward goals

Required Qualifications

• Current Nevada OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility to sit for the exam)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Prior experience in a rehab/skilled nursing/inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Experience with geriatric or post-acute rehab populations
• Familiarity with [specific EMR system, if known]
