In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) — Central Indiana
$40 per completed assessment + mileage
Pay
- $40 for every completed assessment / home visit
- Mileage at the current IRS business rate ($0.76/mile)
- Paid training before you take visits
- Weekly pay available
Schedule
- 100% PRN — no minimum hours
- Pick up as few or as many visits as you want
- Most visits daytime, Monday–Friday
What you’ll do
- Drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties
- Complete home orientations and required paperwork
- Assess ADLs/IADLs, the home environment, and caregiver fit
- Train the family or designated caregiver on the plan of care
- Complete follow-up / supervisory visits as assigned
- Enter notes the same day
Requirements
- CNA, QMA, HHA, LPN, RN, or solid home-care / senior-care experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle
- Comfortable in client homes and with paperwork
- Smartphone or tablet for documentation
- Must pass a background check
Currently looking for 4 candidates. Specifically one in Muncie or surrounding areas, one in or around Terre Haute and 2 in the Indianapolis area.
