We’re hiring RNs to complete in-home health assessments—no bedside care, no med passes, no chaos. Just one-on-one time with patients and your clinical judgment doing what it does best.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform in-home health assessments (history, meds, assess patients for in home support needed)
• Document findings using provided equipment
• Identify health risks and gaps in care
• Build quick rapport with patients

What You Won’t Do:

•  No hands-on care
•  No meds
•  No ongoing case management

The Details:

• Hours: Per diem – YOU choose your schedule
• Paid 5-day remote training
• Equipment provided
• Duration:  12-week contracts with options to extend!
• Start Dates: 5/11, 5/26, 6/8, or 6/22

Requirements:

• Active RN license (MO or compact)
• 1+ year home health clinical experience
• Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License (A MUST)
