About the Role

ATC Healthcare of Las Vegas is seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Client Experience Specialists to enhance communication, satisfaction, and engagement among clients, caregivers, and families within our home healthcare organization. This role plays a key part in strengthening relationships, improving client retention, supporting caregivers, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to promote satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct regular outreach calls, check-ins, and surveys to assess the client experience and identify support needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, caregivers, scheduling teams, and leadership to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new clients and caregivers, ensuring a smooth transition into services.
  • Track engagement metrics, feedback, and trends to help improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate recognition programs, engagement events, and retention initiatives for caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support care plans and ensure service quality.
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home healthcare, healthcare, customer service, social services, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support clients and caregivers.
  • Ability to problemsolve and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or home care management software (preferred).
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred.
