Pay: $2,636/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment  in Roanake VA. This is a high-acuity acute care teaching hospital environment featuring over 700 licensed beds, a Level I Trauma Center, Magnet designation, and certified stroke center recognition. The MRI Tech will work across adult acute care, outpatient, and ER/Trauma settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans across adult acute care, outpatient, and ER/Trauma settings using Siemens systems.

• Apply appropriate imaging protocols (T1/T2, diffusion, MRA/MRV, MRCP, perfusion) and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.

• Prepare, administer, and monitor contrast agents; start and manage peripheral IVs as needed.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort, screening for contraindications and monitoring during procedures.

• Document procedures and patient data accurately in Epic while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff; float to other units as required.

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required

• AHA BLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience preferred

• Strong Siemens MRI experience required

• Epic charting experience required

• Experience in adult acute care and ER/Trauma settings preferred

• Active state license (if applicable)

• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (no local candidates)
