Shift: 5x8 Days (8:00AM–5:00PM) 
Pay: $2,464/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Description 

ATC Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13 weeks travel assignment  in Dillon, SC. This position is based in a small rural clinic setting, primarily treating orthopedic cases while also serving a wide variety of diagnoses. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in alignment with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data review

• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific functional goals

• Implement therapeutic interventions consistent with physician orders and evidence-based practice

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment

• Contribute to departmental performance and support quality improvement initiatives

• Precept and mentor new staff when assigned

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (SC or compact eligibility as applicable)

• AHA BLS certification

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong orthopedic experience preferred
