Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Rotating (7:00am–7:00pm / 7:00pm–7:00am)
Pay: $2,113.20/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy obstetric unit. This role supports antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care, including high-risk deliveries and surgical obstetric cases. Candidates must have strong fetal monitoring skills and be comfortable rotating between day and night shifts. First-time travelers are accepted. Active New York RN license must be in hand at submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using EFM
• Manage high-risk obstetric conditions and complications
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate for C-sections
• Administer medications including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and newborn assessments
• Manage postpartum hemorrhage and hypertensive disorders
• Support breastfeeding and baby-friendly protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Float within specialty as required

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license required at submission
• Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• EFM certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts
• Must meet 75-mile travel radius requirement
