Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical - Travel Position (with $6,000 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,037.24/week (plus $2,000 completion bonus per contract, up to $6,000 after three contracts) 

Position Summary

The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and surgical needs. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN or ADN required.
• License: Current RN license in [State/Region].
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Work Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time
• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
