  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination

    • Communicate proactively with hiring managers, compliance teams, and facility clients to coordinate schedules, fulfill staffing needs, and provide updates.
    • Provide detailed placement confirmations and offer letters, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and facility requirements.
  • Candidate Experience & Reporting

    • Provide a positive candidate journey—welcoming communications, timely follow-ups, orientation scheduling.
    • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports on conversion rates, timetofill, and compliance status.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
      • Stay current on Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 449 and NAC 449), Board of Nursing (NRS 632), Medical Board (NRS 630), and CMS guidelines.
      • Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to policies, including daily Nevada labor notices, retention rules, and federal/state posting requirements.
