ATC Healthcare has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Nursing Home, and Rehab's in Queens and Nassau County, NY.

Employee Recognition Programs
Provide nursing supervision and leadership in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
Provide wound care and monitor for changes in condition
Prepare residents for exams and procedures
Collect and process lab specimens (blood, urine, etc.)
Educate residents and families on care plans
Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations and facility policies
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR documentation)
Current, active, and unencumbered New York State RN License
Minimum 1 year RN experience required (Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehab, or Nursing Home experience strongly preferred)
Prior supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred
Current AHA BLS Certification (from an in-person course required)
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Experience with EMR / clinical software systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
