Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)

Pay: $2,129.40/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical and Telemetry team. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including those requiring cardiac monitoring. The RN will assess, plan, and implement individualized care while ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Licensure: Current RN license in [State].
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and interpretation of rhythms is a plus.
