Job Title: Administrator – Day Care Facility (CALA Certified)

About the Role:
ATC Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and CALA-certified Administrator to manage daily operations at an Adult Day Care Facility in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or senior care administration and a passion for providing quality, person-centered services to older adults and individuals with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations in compliance with New Jersey Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
Supervise and support staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment.
Coordinate participant admissions, care plans, and family communication.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required for licensing and audits.
Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Manage budgets, payroll, and administrative processes effectively.
Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Current Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) license – required.
3–5 years of experience in adult day care, assisted living, or healthcare administration.
Strong understanding of New Jersey adult day care regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and lead a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in recordkeeping, scheduling, and care coordination systems.
