Overview

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing basic manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors. We’re seeking hard-working, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed.
