As a CNA with ATC Healthcare, you’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care while supporting residents and the nursing team. Your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Observing and documenting patient conditions
• Promoting comfort, dignity, and safety
• Communicating effectively with nurses and staff
• Maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Assignments vary based on facility and patient needs.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program or competency exam
• At least 6 months of CNA experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to meet facility health and screening requirements
