Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical to join our dedicated team at ATC Healthcare. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality patient care within medical and surgical settings. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations while enjoying flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Active BLS, TB and Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of hospital medicine practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts on weekends or holidays.
