ATC Healthcare is urgently hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist – Certified Hand Therapist (OT-CHT) to staff a specialty Hand Center. This is an immediate opening is ideal for a skilled hand therapist with at least 3 years of clinical and administrative experience in upper extremity care.

Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
-
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
Active OT license in the state of Nevada
-
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is required
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in hand therapy
-
Proven ability to manage both treatment and administrative aspects of care
-
Experience with post-surgical, orthopedic, and complex upper extremity cases
Credentials:
-
Must meet all health, immunization, and screening requirements per facility and regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide hands-on treatment and rehabilitation for upper extremity injuries and surgeries

Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling coordination, and communication with physicians

Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary rehab teams
-
Maintain thorough patient records in compliance with clinic policies
-
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and expectations

Ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards
