What You’ll Be Doing:

• Patient Care: Provide compassionate care to individuals with mental health needs, supporting them through their treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records, prepare reports, and handle correspondence in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Support & Communication: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best care possible, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
• Safety First: Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of patients, providing support during therapeutic activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Completion of a relevant course or training in mental health or a related field. Certification may be required by some clients.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working in a mental health setting.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification (BLS level), Hepatitis B Statement or Declination, and a two-step TB test or alternative.
• Skills: Ability to handle potential exposure to bodily fluids and other materials, and manage various physical tasks.

Environmental Working Conditions:

• Dynamic Settings: Work in different healthcare settings with potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other infectious materials.
• Physical Demands: Includes the ability to read medical equipment, push carts, and handle various physical tasks.
