CT Technologist - Direct Hire - Night Shift - $15K Sign-On Bonus

Location: Lima, OH
Pay: Starting at $28.48/hour (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (requires a 2-year commitment)
Shift Differentials:

• Nights (11:00 PM-6:30 AM): +$4.00/hour
• Evenings (3:00 PM-11:00 PM): +$1.50/hour
• Weekends: +$2.00/hour

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• Every 4th weekend
• No on-call requirements

Overview:
We're seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join a trusted healthcare partner in Lima, OH. This is a permanent, night-shift opportunity offering strong compensation, shift differentials, and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT procedures including neuro, abdominal, orthopedic, and interventional studies
  
  
• Assist radiologists with invasive procedures as needed
  
  
• Apply independent judgment in the use of ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members
  
  
• Maintain professionalism, speed, and accuracy in high-pressure situations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
  
  
• ARRT certification required
  
  
• BLS certification required
  
  
• Certified by the Ohio Department of Health required
  
  
• ARRT registry in CT preferred (or required within 1 year of hire eligibility)
  
  
• Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
