- 7am-3pm (Sat & Sun): +$1.25/hr
- 3pm-11pm (Mon-Thurs): +$2.00/hr
- 3pm-11pm (Fri-Sun): +$3.00/hr
- 11pm-7am (Mon-Thurs): +$4.00/hr
- 11pm-7am (Fri-Sun): +$5.00/hr
Schedule:
- Day Shift 36 hours/week
- Evening Shift 32 hours/week
- Night Shift 32-36 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Assess care needs, develop and adjust care plans collaboratively
- Provide/coordinate nursing care alongside physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Document and report accurately per policy
- Monitor patient safety and report risks to providers
- Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff
- Promote a secure, person-centered, and recovery-focused environment
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the mission and values of the organization
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- New grads considered; psych or ED experience preferred
- Knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory and practice
- Ability to work in a high-acuity behavioral health environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Physical and emotional stamina to support patient needs
- Valid Michigan driver's license may be required
