Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Provide care to diverse medical and surgical patients
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and healthcare standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Promote a culture of engagement, professionalism, and compassion
- Maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Relevant clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
