Aleca Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in homecare services to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans
- Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed treatments
- Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of homecare or home health experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
