We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our client's outpatient team. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on care, supporting patients across all age groups - from infants to geriatrics - through personalized therapy programs and treatment plans.

- Monday to Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends or holidays required

Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy treatments as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities based on their care plan
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the therapy team
- Complete daily treatment notes and discharge summaries accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy space and assist with equipment management
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in Oklahoma or Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure
- BLS certification
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with patients across the lifespan
