Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients to ensure accuracy, comfort, and safety.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
- Administer contrast materials safely and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Follow all radiation safety, infection control, and hospital policy standards.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses.
- Provide education and reassurance to patients undergoing imaging procedures.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (R) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
